- Real estate capital transactions: Our team represents institutional capital, real estate fund managers, private equity, leading national and global real estate investment groups, and private wealth on the disposal and acquisitions of stabilised investment real estate in the office, industrial, retail, and agricultural asset classes, including by way of both direct (asset sale) and indirect (unit sale) structures.
- Projects: On the development of major real estate assets and precincts, including project delivery agreements, joint venture agreements, co-ownership arrangements agreements for lease (pre-leasing), complex sub-divisions, consolidation, and titling matters.
- Leasing: On all aspects of major commercial, industrial and retail leases for both landlords and tenants.
- FIRB: As part of our capital transactions expertise, our team advises on FIRB and assists our clients in obtaining FIRB approvals.
- Real estate diligence in significant corporate transactions: Our team collaborates with our corporate advisory team on the real estate aspects of corporate and M&A transactions. This includes carrying out real estate diligence and drafting and negotiating the related property transaction documents. - Infrastructure: Concerning large infrastructure transactions and projects. These projects include the acquisition, disposal and development of infrastructure assets in various sectors including renewable energy projects, ports, airports, hospitals and health and education precincts.
